  • Customer Accounts

    • How do I open an account with B Computing?

      To open an account with B Computing, simply go to the 'My Account' tab at the top of this page and select the 'Create Account' option from the drop down menu. Creating an account costs absolutley nothing and by doing so, you can sign up to our newsletter for our latest offers.

  • Order Enquiries

    • Delivery of Order

      • Why hasn't my order arrived?

        If your order has not arrived within the time period given on your dispatch notification email, please contact us as soon as possible. B Computing do not accept liability for items lost in the post unless notified within the specified time period.

      • Can I get my order delivered to an address other than my billing address?

        Yes. But, if you want an order delivering to an address other than the one which the card you paid with is registered to, then further security checks may be required, which may lead to a delay in your order been processed.



      • My orders packaging is damaged, what should I do?

        If the packaing of your order is damaged, then please refuse to accept the delivery, if you are unable to check the contents, then please sign for the parcel as "UNCHECKED". If you do not do this, it may affect any claims.

      • What type of delivery do you offer, and how much does it cost?

        The type and cost of delivery depends completely on your orders size, weight etc. for information on who we use and our prices, please see our Delivery Information link.

      • How do I change or cancel an order once it has been placed?

        This depends on which stage your order is at, most orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours, so contact us as soon as you realise you need to amend your order.

        If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible, it is not possible for us to stop your order once it has left the building.

      • When will my order be dispatched?

        We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of your order been placed, but this is dependant on your time of order, stock availability and security checks.

      • Items are missing from my order, what should i do?

        Any orders which are not complete need to be reported to us within 24 hours of you receiving the order.

      • I have not received my order on time, what should I do?

        In the unlikely event that your order is received outside of our stated time period, please contact us.


    • Payments

      • How can I pay for my order?

        At the moment, we offer a variety of different ways in which you can pay for your order, these are:

           - Any major credit or debit cards (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express etc.)
           - Paypal (No account required)
           - Google Checkout
           - Cheque (Cheques have to clear before dispatch of order)

      • How do I know if my payment has went through?

        We will send you a confirmation email when your payment has been taken.

      • Why do I need to supply ID?

        We may ask for additional ID from time to time to combat fraud in the card industry, we will usually ask for extra ID when your registered card address and shipping addresses are different. Once you have supplied additional ID, you will not have to do it again for that account.


    • Problems with Orders

      • The cost of my order, or a particular item is wrong, what should I do?

        If you notice any discrepencies in the cost of your order, or any part of it, please contact us as soon as possible.

      • What if my order is incompatible?

        When placing an order, always ensure that it is compatible for what you need it for, always check the manufacturers website for more information. B Computing do not guarantee compatability, unless specifically stated.


  • Returns

    • Faulty Items

      • How do I return a faulty item?

        The first thing you should do when returning a faulty item is complete a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) form. Please read our full set of instructions here.

      • How do you test faulty items?

        A fully trained technician will follow the instructions you gave on the RMA form to replicate the fault, we also use the manufacturers diagnostic equipment.
         
    • General Return Information


      • How long does it take to receive a refund/replacement item

        A refund will be processed withing 7 working days, via the original payment method, a replacement product can take up to 28 days depending on the circumstances.

      • What if you don't stock the item I am returning anymore?

        If we no longer stock that item, we will replace it with a product of the same specification, or as close as we can to the original item.

      • I've changed my mind about the order, what can I do?

        You may return an item under the Distance Selling Act within seven days but for a full refund the item must be as unused, still boxed (including all accessories) and in the original packaging otherwise a restocking fee may apply

      • Can I return items that are not compatible?

        Yes if the item is unused but it may incur a restocking fee. When buying a product please ensure that the description of the item is fully understood before purchase
