Software Problems


There is a wide range of software problems which you may be experiencing with your computer, wether it wont start up and you are getting the dreaded blue screen eroor (Blue Screen of Death), you can't get connected to the internet, or wether it is extremely slow, we can fix them all.

Windows Reinstallation


Sometime your computer is that slow, or has that many problems you may just want to start again. Well, bring it in to us and we will format the hard drive and reinstall a fresh installation of your operating system (Windows XP/Vista etc.). Got files you need keeping? Not a problem, let us know what files you need and we will have them backed up and copied back on to your computer, we will also burn any files onto DVD for you, giving you a hard copy, just in case.

If you're worried about having to reinstall everything once you get it back, dont! We'll make sure that when you get your computer back it will come with any packages you had installed previously, such as Office packages etc, and we will also make sure all your drivers are fully up to date!
